TCK by The China Kitchen depicts traditional elements of a Chinese house in a contemporary and opulent décor. The design is based on the concept of ‘dining around the kitchen’ with a Peking duck oven, a dumpling and noodle station, a steamer, three woks, wide selection of teas and a dessert station which is a permanent feature at the restaurant. Additionally, there is an interactive stage at TCK where bartenders and chefs create magical desserts and cocktails. All these elements put together make the restaurant a popular venue to relax and indulge in a true Chinese dining experience that is an amalgamation of a vibrant ambiance and culture.
Situated on the ground floor, TCK by The China Kitchen is spread across 278 sq m (3,000 sq ft) of space and can host up to 80 guests. The atmosphere is inviting, with the buzz coming from the diners and the action from the show kitchens.

Chef Jack Aw Yong is the curator of the menu at TCK by The China Kitchen and one of the partners at The China Kitchen at Hyatt Regency Delhi. He embarked upon his journey as Executive Sous Chef at Hyatt International Hotels in Singapore. With a belief in culinary authenticity, Chef Jack aims to fulﬁll the basic need of hunger and thirst, which in turn allows him to travel the world. His ingredients are his tools for innovation and his authority in the culinary arts is demonstrated by his active involvement in three major hotel openings, namely Grand Hyatt Shanghai, Park Hyatt Johannesburg and Hyatt Regency Guam.
Given his illustrated experience and extensive knowledge on Chinese cuisines from various regions through opening projects, Chef Jack has also successfully opened many renowned restaurants in Asia Paciﬁc, namely Made in China at Grand Hyatt Beijing, Hubin 28 at Hyatt Regency Hangzhou, China House at Grand Hyatt Mumbai as well as all restaurants at Hyatt Regency Dongguan and Grand Hyatt Guangzhou.
TCK by The China Kitchen is a collaboration between two leading entrepreneurs Mr. Amritesh Jatia, Non-Executive Director of Asian Hotels (North) Limited and Mr. Abhishek Khaitan, Managing Director of one of the largest spirit companies, Radico Khaitan Limited along with Mr. Padmanabh Mandelia.
